Covid-19 Update - Day 5

Hey Bloggers,
This past week has been crazy, and today is the 5th official day of lockdown. I have been playing board games, reading, doing some form of school work and at night I have been watching Netflix movies. Do you have Netflix? If you do what movie/movies do you recommend? As it is school holidays right now I thought I could post weekly updates about Covid-19 and what I have been doing. Till next time!

Sestina

Hey Bloggers,
We are sending our sestinas to Fairfield Intermediate in Hamilton. A sestina is a poem that has six words in a line and six lines, you could also have a flowing sestina by having words from the line before. Have you ever seen of written a sestina before? Well, you have now because here is mine!

I saw a man in the
Shadows, I remember his red eyes
My dog starts going crazy at
A mountain of gold, it's the
Missing gold I have been searching
For, my journey is now over.

Still Confused Bloggers? Well, this is the directions to Marshland School from Fairfield School as a poem called The Book Of The Road by Kendrick Smithyman. As you might be able to tell these directions are jumbled up so don't try and follow them, you might never get here! Have you ever made a Poem Parody? If so what poem did you recreate?
